Life 101 - How to live your best life

Hello, Lazy Crazies!

I'm recently got obsessed with bitmoji, where you can transform yourself into an animated character and get apt reactions for different situations of life. So I decided that it would be fun to incorporate them in my post.
So running between our 9-5 job, family responsibilities and chores and days passing in a jiff ... I kind of feel that most of us are missing to take time out for ourselves.
The main thing of the post is to focus on ourselves and to deal with everyday life...

Sleep tight, wake up bright

Do you know sleep deprivation can slow down your body in a lot of ways, and the damage can be permanent, So why to risk up our health on trivial things, So hit up the bed and have a good 8 hr of sleep and see the change in your level of activeness and productivity!!!

Breakfast like a Queen

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, make sure your gulp down a glass of water and enjoy your breakfast like a queen... Make sure to eat it up within 2 hrs of your waking up.

Never Multitask

Multitask option looks great on our phones, but in reality, multitasking never leads any productivity instead focus on one goal at a time or as I say "slay one dragon at a time".

Bend it like Beckham

It's good to move your body if you are going to say that you don't have time do it thrice a week or just opt steps for the elevator. but make sure you are giving enough exercise to your body.

Work efficiently

There is a smart way of working and hard way of working, never stress yourself with work pressure, sit down and make a plan to make you work easier, break complex tasks into simple ones and make a to-do list and accomplish them at the same time never over list tasks in a day.

Keep your self, hydrated

Hydration is the key for the active body, glowing skin and perfect health... So have your water breaks to keep your body from getting dehydrated. For a post on how water can help you read  Best drinks for weight loss.

Eat right and on time...

With our busy lives, we tend to eat at irregular timings, but we need to stop doing that, make a habit of eating at the right time. Make sure you eat home-cooked meals more than outside food. Incorporate more greens, fruits, and veggies.

Give time for yourself #selfcare

I know we have busy lives with family responsibilities or jobs we are left with only a few hrs of time in a day and all other demanding chores are eating up that too. Make sure you made up a few hours for yourself once in a while to do whatever you love to do like

Read a book

Remember that quote from childhood saying "A good book is a good friend" ... Read a book of your choice...

Have a spa day

Relax up your body book yourself a spa appointment and enjoy yourself.

Take a walk in the park

or a long drive...

Get that degree or enroll in a course
Learn that course or language you always wanted to learn ... Remember if you don't  risk and work for it or else end up with regrets

Learn to say No

Try to say No to things that you don't like or don't want to be a part of. It's not a crime to do what you want.

Pen down your feelings

Have a diary and write down your thoughts, ideas, and feelings, it helps to lessen the emotional burden. You don't have to write every day, you can do it whenever you feel you have something and no one to share.

Have patience and work towards your goal

Success never comes instant, I know sometimes we feel exhausted of trying and want to quit. But if you seriously want it never quit... keep working and have patience.

Love yourself

The most important thing we are forgetting to do is self-love and appreciation. Always remember "no one is perfect but the important thing is how you overcome your flaws and present yourself.

Save for Rainy day
We all want to splurge money on thing we want, but it will be a wise idea to save some greens ($$$) for rainy days or emergency situations.

Finally, Don't worry and keep rocking...

I know its a long post overdosed with bitmojis but hey ... it's fun.

Whoever said “All a girl wants is a Prince charming” doesn’t definitely know the girls at all because what every girl want is “to eat what she likes without getting Fat” ;)
But just like prince charming is also never happening.
"I am a girl who doesn't believe in starving or quick weight loss products"
Because they only give you the temporary result and when you stop those diets you are back to if u want to achieve which you can rely on then all you have to do is to make it a ritual and what I believe is "nothing is impossible if you want it " and the most important is to have a strong will and determination and any plan will not work and you won't able to achieve it unless you know completely about yourself and what you need..then only you can find what is perfect for lets know body fat, weight, and types of fat.
