Who doesn't want a glowing and younger looking skin ..We always fancied for that kind of skin and tried every product that claimed to give you a whiter skin and always end up in disappointment or having side effects.

So what if I tell you can get a
  • tan free
  • glowing, 
  • blemish free and 
  • younger looking skin and many other benefits 
With simple ingredients in your kitchen and give you best results which no chemical filled creams can't ... All you need is

Gram flour (Besan / senagapindi)

This is an age-old ingredient mainly know for its cleansing and whitening properties, it is used as a face wash and bathing purposes when there are no soaps. People used natural ingredients and they never failed them. Gram flour also acts as a best exfoliator without damaging your skin so you can use it on daily basis.


Turmeric is a magical ingredient with several medicinal properties and also a beautification agent it has more than 300 antioxidants ..turmeric also serves as a fairness agent. But never add too much.

Curd (oily skin, combination skin)

Curd offers lots of with benefits for the skin because it is rich in vitamin C, zinc and calcium which is recognized as the best ingredient for natural skin care.

Curd helps attain crystal clear skin internally as well as externally plus it leaves your epidermis with gleam and smoothness. and leaves you with a glowing skin without making it much oily. So its ideal for oil and combination skin beauties to add curd.

Milk (dry skin)

* Apply this paste onto your Face, neck, hands or other darkened areas and let it dry.

*After the pack dries, Bath with hot water by rubbing the pack gently.

* But don't forget to moisturize your skin afterward.
** To get better results to do this every morning before going to bath and you will be stunned by the results.
*Dry skin people can also use curd instead of milk or add both.

Simple Veg Fusion Rice

Everyone has their personal comfort food, a particular food or beverage that makes them forget their long day of work, sadness and feels like a tight hug from their beloved person for me fried rice and ice creams are the things that can get me through any stress.

So today I'm going to present you a veggie filled fusion rice that is so good and satiable to your palette if you like Indian spices and masalas.
Why this is called fusion? because I made it my style and its a mix between Indian pulao and fried rice.

As I'm on so-called "diet" I prepared it in less quantity the below-mentioned measurements will be sufficient for one. Now let's begin the preparation
