Lazy Crazy Girl tips for Dark neck ..

Hello, Lazy Crazies!! 

One of the major skin concern is the blackness of neck, it may be caused due to several causes. But its mainly due to our negligence, we tend to wash our faces many times a day but ignore our neck area .this causes accumulation of dirt and sweat that leads to darkening of the skin

Other causes

  • Obesity
  • Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
  • Poor personal hygiene
  • Heavy sun exposure
  • Hereditary
  • Insulin resistance and Diabetes too
If the problem is still persistent once contact a Doctor.

Here are some home remedies to get rid of the dark neck...

Oatmeal +honey +Milk
Mix 2 Tablespoons of oatmeal and one teaspoon of honey and add 3 tablespoons of milk
mix and apply on face and neck ..Let it dry and wash off with warm water.

Sandalwood + turmeric + Multanimitti + rose water 
This is the basic and simple mask for brightening skin...
Now use 1 tbsp of fullers earth(multanimitti) + pinch of turmeric + 1 tsp of sandalwood powder + rosewater + normal water, mix them well and apply this on face using upward stroke .now allow it to dry and don’t change your facial expressions as they may cause wrinkles after the pack dries up wash off with normal water and pat dry.

Honey + turmeric + milk
Add two tablespoons of honey to a bowl and half a tablespoon of turmeric powder, two tablespoons of milk and a few drops of rose water. Mix them all together and apply the pack onto the pimple marks. Wait for 20 minutes and rinse it off with plain water. Follow the same for a week.

Baking soda
Add two spoons of baking soda to water and apply it on the affected area, let it dry n wash off.

Fruit packs
You can use a variety of fruit packs like banana, orange, papaya... just mash the fruits and apply ..let it dry n wash off

Curd and lemon
These both are the best whitening and brightening agents if used properly, but make sure you avoid direct sun exposure after applying these packs. So its best to use them on night.

The magical besan(gram flour) pack
This is an age-old ingredient mainly know for its cleansing and whitening properties, it is used as a face wash and bathing purposes when there are no soaps ..people used natural ingredients and they never failed them ..Gram flour also acts as best defoliator without damaging your skin so you can use it on daily basis ... see Simple everyday face mask for healthy and glowing skin...

More tips...
  • Exfoliate/ scrub at least thrice a week.
  • Don't forget to apply sunscreen to the neck as it gets much damaged by the sun.
  • Eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies
  • Make sure to clean your neck while bathing
  • Avoid artificial metal chains.

Simple Veg Fusion Rice

Everyone has their personal comfort food, a particular food or beverage that makes them forget their long day of work, sadness and feels like a tight hug from their beloved person for me fried rice and ice creams are the things that can get me through any stress.

So today I'm going to present you a veggie filled fusion rice that is so good and satiable to your palette if you like Indian spices and masalas.
Why this is called fusion? because I made it my style and its a mix between Indian pulao and fried rice.

As I'm on so-called "diet" I prepared it in less quantity the below-mentioned measurements will be sufficient for one. Now let's begin the preparation
