So let's know how water can help to lose weight / Fat
Life can not exist without water. We must constantly add fresh water to our body in order to keep it properly hydrated.
Water does not have some magical property that burns fat (sorry!), but it definitely can help you with your weight-loss efforts (hooray!)
As staying hydrated could help you avoid overeating.

  2. It removes toxins
  3. Regulates cooling system
  4. It aids in digestion
  5. Reduces water retention(water weight)
  6. It prevents cravings
  7. + it gives you a glowing skin

10 Tips for drinking more water per day


1. Start your day with a glass of fresh cold water (iced water stimulates metabolism increasing the number of calories you burn)
2. Drink a glass of water before your meals (15 minutes)
3. Prefer water with your meals rather than any other beverage.
4. Carry a small bottle of water with you at work and while exercising.
5. Drink water every time you get a craving
6. Set a reminder – if you tend to forget about drinking water, use your phone or calendar and set daily reminders.
7. Track your daily intake – some people find it easier to drink the recommended amount of water per day when they track the number of glasses consumed.
8. Add lemon or lime – Lemons or limes can add a bit of taste to the water. If you are tired of drinking plain water all the time try it with lemons or limes.
9. Keep it fresh – Make sure that you have water bottles in your fridge all the time.
10. Find no excuses – drinking water is necessary for a healthy body and can also aid weight loss. Many people find excuses for not drinking water but believe me once you do it for 2-3 days it will become a habit.

Warm water +Lemon + Honey
This is a great combination that when taken on a daily basis can work wonders for weight loss.
Take one half of freshly cut lemon and squeeze the juice into the cup of a Luke warm water and add a tsp of honey mix it and take this every morning on empty stomach continue this day you will see the results in two weeks not drastically but you can see and feel the difference.

Warm water + Cinnamon + Honey
Take some soft cinnamon sticks and grind them into the fine powder and store that in an airtight container. Now take a cup of Luke warm water and add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder(don’t exceed the amount ) add a little amount of honey(optional) this really help in burning fat don’t believe me check results for yourselves

Yes, again you can make this in large quantity and can carry with you in a small bottle and can sip in intervals this not only helps in weight loss but also gives instant energy and also keeps you hydrated.
Barley water
Barley is a whole grain rich in vitamin B-complex, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, selenium, zinc, copper, protein, amino acids, dietary fiber, beta-glucans, and various antioxidants. You can reap the health benefits of this versatile grain not just by including it in your diet, but also by preparing a healthy drink called barley water.
  • Rinse barley under running water, then soak it in water for at least 4 hours.
  • Strain it and mix 1 cup of the soaked barley in 3 to 4 cups of water.
  • Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer (covered) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the grains are cooked and softened.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Strain it through a fine mesh strainer, or simply pour it in your cup and let the grains remain settled at the bottom of the pan.
  • Drink 1 to 2 cups of barley water daily for good health. To improve its taste and enhance its health benefits, you can add a little lemon juice and raw honey.

Green tea
Green tea is known to be rich in its antioxidants and flavonoids which can boost your metabolism while you get your water intake. Don't add any sweeteners to your tea as it can interfere with your overall health and weight loss goal.you can add little honey or a dash of lemon.
Infused waters
Infused waters are a trend now ..if you don't like to drink plain water you can try infused waters ..and add your choice of ingredients to it and it also boosts weight loss process.
Cumin water
Jeera or cumin (Cuminum Cyminum) seed is one of the most popular cooking ingredients used in all our houses. The strong flavor and tepid aroma of jeera have made it an indispensable spice. But do you know that jeera water can be used as a natural remedy for a number of health problems? Not only that but this water can also be used for various skin and hair issues.

Everyone has their personal comfort food, a particular food or beverage that makes them forget their long day of work, sadness and feels like a tight hug from their beloved person for me fried rice and ice creams are the things that can get me through any stress.

So today I'm going to present you a veggie filled fusion rice that is so good and satiable to your palette if you like Indian spices and masalas.
Why this is called fusion? because I made it my style and its a mix between Indian pulao and fried rice.
